Returns


If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you.  You will need to send the product in its original packaging to the following address:

Wright & Smith Ltd, Unit 42, 9th Floor, Block CD, 142 Pokfulam Road, Hong Kong.

Please ensure that you keep a proof of having sent the product as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. 

Once the returned goods have been received and confirmed to be in the same condition as when you received them, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following products, which are final sale only:

  • fine jewellery
  • made to order products
  • customized products

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong order, please contact us on +852 2858 8846 or email concierge@wrightandsmith.com and we will investigate.  Please quote your order reference number when contacting us. 

Wright & Smith take all due care and attention when selecting product photographs that accurately and fairly represent the products that are available for sale via the Wright & Smith website.  However, due to the handmade nature of pieces and inconsistencies in how different computer screens reproduce colours, we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will look exactly the same as you see on your computer screen.
