Wright & Smith provide worldwide shipping.  Shipping costs are calculated at check out and included in the final price. 

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your goods have been dispatched, which will also contain a tracking link. 

You will be asked to confirm the delivery address when you place your order online.  If you have made a mistake with your delivery details please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you amend them.  If, however, your order has already been passed to the courier company, then the delivery address may not be able to be changed.  In this case we must wait for the parcel to be returned before it is sent out again at the customer’s expense.    

If no one is available to take delivery of your parcel at the designated delivery address, the courier company will leave a card for you to contact them to arrange delivery at a time that suits you. 

Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address Wright & Smith consider the parcel correctly delivered and accept no responsibility if the signature is not yours. 

International delivery times vary depending on where your product is made and the destination address.  Receipt of goods can also be subject to customs and duty procedures beyond our control. 

Any customs or import duties are charged once a parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.  These charges vary from country to country and Wright & Smith have no control over them.  Nor are we able to tell you what the cost, if any, might be.  We would advise customers to contact their local customs office for current charges before ordering. 

While we make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, international shipments can sometimes take longer than expected.  If your order has not arrived after 7 working days from dispatch, please contact and we will help you to follow up.  Please check that you haven’t received a card from the courier company in the meantime. 

If your parcel gets lost, we will make an insurance claim on your behalf.  According to your preference, we will aim either to refund in full or to send a replacement.  Please note that we are only able to do this after a certain time period has passed, as specified in the relevant shipping company’s terms and conditions.  We cannot accept any liability if a parcel is lost or takes longer to receive than expected because the address given was incorrect or incomplete.
